Where can i find DashCode to create my own widgets on mac os X? I heard that dashcode was supposta be on all OS X computers but i cannot find it or download it from anywhere.

Dashcode will be included with Leopard; you can't download it yet. OS X 10.5 Leopard will be released in October.
