so....16 widgets = 12 goofups
If 8 widgets = 4curlicues and 2 curlicues = 3 goofups then 16 widgets = how many goofups?
12 goofups just follow the math divide widgets by two to get curlicues and each curlicues = 1.5 goofups.

Reply:It would be 12 goofups because 2 curlicues equals 3 goofups and 8 widgets equals 4 curlicues so you would have 8 curliques. divide that by 2 it would give you 4 and times that by 3 equals 12. Does that make sense to you? I hope so.

A lot of people have that same answer - I've tried to make this pretty simple. The key to questions like this is to make everything equal (8 widgets = 4 culicues = 6 goofups), from there when you multiple or divide one thing, do it to all of them and the answer is very obvious.
