I have downloaded the new toolbar. I have widgets,but I still cannot figure out how to get "my yahoo" a button

I downloaded the new yahoo. I have my widgets set up. I have done everything the yahoo help page has told me to do to get a button for the "my yahoo" to go to the new yahoo. It keeps going to the old one. I know it has to be easy to do but I have tried for over an hour and am frustrated. help please.

Click on the My Yahoo button and bring up the old page. Go to the very top right of this page and click for the new page. Now the MyYahoo button will be set to return to this page. Even after its closed and reopened it will go to the new page.
