I did a System Restore, & lost my Widgets. I tried to download software for them, but it keeps saying, Oops!?

I can't re-install any widgets, even when it prompts me to download the necessary software. When I click on the prompt, it just takes me to some page featuring some stupid bouncing balls. When I again try to click on :"Download necessary software," all that it keeps saying is, "Oops!" with no other suggestions. -Any suggestions?

scan and remove all viruses and spyware.
Reply:Simply open System restore and undo restore process. This will reinstall all the softwares that you lost and all your widgets.
